Italian Sports Law

The Master Executive in Italian Sports Law aims to acquire the specialized legal skills that aim to train highly qualified professionals in the field of Italian Sports Law, from amateur to professional sports associations, studying them in depth in the areas of their administration, sports justice and jurisprudential aspects of work in sports activities.

Content

Upon completion of the Master Executive in Italian Sports Law, the student

will have developed specialized skills that will enable him or her to provide high-level advice to sports associations and clubs operating in the amateur, amateur or professional fields, in the administrative, organizational, procedural and labor fields.

Other Information

Admission requirements, examinations and final test

Applicants possessing a High School Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree, Master's Degree, or Old System Degree may enroll. In the absence of the required qualifications, admission on dossier is possible, based on an evaluation of the qualifications obtained and the experience acquired, as well as the skills developed within the framework of professional activity.

Lectures will be delivered at the discretion of the Lecturer through term papers, commentaries, specialized textbooks, handouts or lectures via live streaming platform. Evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.

The final examination consists of a Thesis of at least 30 pages on one of the topics covered during the Master's program.

IUS/01 - Law of Sports Associations - 8 ECTS

Final thesis - 4 ECTS
