Human Resources, Inclusiveness & Talent Development

The Level II Master in Human Resources, Inclusiveness & Talent Development provides the student with an advanced toolset for the efficient and ethical management of a company's human resources, covering various topics of fundamental importance ranging from jurisprudence to human resources management techniques, from psychological to organizational aspects, and from sociological foundations to the management of so-called Diversity Management, a topic as topical as ever and of relevant social importance within contemporary workplaces, while implementing the analysis and enhancement of the capabilities of individuals and groups.

Content

Upon completion of the Level II Master's Course in Human Resources, Inclusiveness &

Talent Development the student will have acquired all those skills and tools necessary to manage human resources through motivational techniques, conflict resolution as well as through the special dedicated tools of “diversity management” that will ensure that the company and its employees are fully inclusive, all with a view to constant improvement of both group and individual skills.

Other Information

Admission requirements, testing and final exams

Applicants with a High School Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, Master's Degree or Old Degree. In default of the qualifications studies required, admission on dossier is possible, based on an evaluation of the qualifications studies obtained and experience acquired, as well as skills developed in the framework of professional activity.

Lectures will be delivered at the discretion of the Lecturer through term papers, commentaries, specialized textbooks, handouts or lectures via live streaming platform. The evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.

The final examination consists of a Thesis of at least 30 pages on one of the topics covered during the Master's program.
