Social and Economic Psychology

The Master's Degree in Psychological and Relational Sciences with a specialization in “Social and Economic Psychology” brings together those psychological and sociological aspects of economic phenomena, together with some peculiar aspects of human communication and methods of statistical analysis, in order to create a set of tools indispensable to those who intend to study socio-economic phenomena under a markedly psychological lens by anticipating and guiding the needs of the individual as such and his specific needs as a consumer. Successful completion of this degree program requires the attainment of 120 ECTS.

Content

Upon completion of the Master's Degree course in Social and Economic Psychology, the student will have received all those teachings essential for analyzing, interpreting and influencing both individual and collective behavior in both strictly consumer and nonprofit fields, such as the promotion of certain social behaviors by public authority or NGOs through knowledge of the psychobiological mechanisms underlying human behavior.
