Cognitive Psychology

The Master's Degree in Psychological and Relational Sciences with a specialization in “Cognitive Psychology” prepares the student for the professional study of cognitive, psychological, neuropsychological, neurobiological, and computer science aspects that can be combined and compared to understand how the human mind and brain solve a variety of complex problems, such as recognizing objects, remembering previous experiences, reading, speaking, and reasoning. Successful completion of this degree program will result in 120 ECTS.

Content

Upon completion of the Master's degree course in Cognitive Psychology, the student will be fully trained in the main issues concerning the biological structure of the human brain and its functioning that underlie the individual's inner mental processes and relationship with the external environment, scrupulously investigating all psychological and neurophysiological aspects that aim to optimize learning and the role of computers both educationally and occupationally in the now daily human-machine interaction.
