Communicate: a precious and fundamental word in education and beyond...
The teacher represents, since time immemorial, the communicator par excellence, the one or the one who implements the communicative process with ease and uses it as a privileged tool for learning and education... For the teacher, however, it is not always easy to sustain communication, especially on an emotional level, nor to educate pupils to manage their emotions and to respect others while expressing their emotional states.
In fact, it is crucial to better understand the meaning of words: communicating does not mean talking, that is, we need to get clarity on issues related to vocabulary.
For these reasons, it is appropriate to go through a process of emotional self-awareness, in which the teacher becomes the authentic protagonist of his or her own training process and is enabled to educate pupils in the expression of emotions and respect for others.

- To understand the importance of communication and empathy in education;
- to improve teachers' skills to create a positive and safe relational climate at school, as an indispensable condition for children's learning and well-being;
- foster a strengthening of one's role as a teacher within relationships with pupils and families;

- observation, evaluation and self-evaluation in the psycho-pedagogical field;

Applicants with a high school diploma, bachelor's degree and/or master's degree are eligible to apply.
