In the field of business consulting, the professional figure of the Corporate Jurist is becoming more and more prominent, whose task is to assist companies in the definition of business policies, through an in-depth analysis of legal, commercial and tax aspects, assessing the legal implications of management decisions and ensuring the company's compliance with the legislative norms that prescribe obligations for the company itself. The Business Lawyer, a professional figure distinct from the lawyer in terms of role and functions, is an expert in the Law whose principles and rules he or she identifies for proper application within companies. Successful completion of this degree program requires the attainment of 180 ECTS.
