The Academy in: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), was designed and developed as an NLP study program intended for all people interested in progressive personal development in private life and work, through the improvement of one's communication skills, the control of one's emotions and the recognition of those of others in order to be able to create and manage relationships with others, the knowing how to guide and motivate them also by developing the skills of persuasion and leadership. Knowing and practicing the NLP method enables one to be able to assert oneself as one wishes in any area of work, as well as in one's private life, and also facilitates the achievement of one's goals.
This program offers the student the opportunity to:
- Improve and enhance his or her communication skills in private and in public

Originally there were four levels recognized by Bandler and Grinder: 1) Linced Practitioner of NLP, 2) Linced Master Practitioner on NLP, 3) Linced Trainer of NLP, 4) Linced Master Trainer of NLP.
Admission requirements, screening exams and final examination
Applicants with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree

motivation. In any case, admission is subject to an evaluation of the curriculum vitae
of each candidate.
Verification examinations consist of a written test with open-ended questions with multiple choice

evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.
The final examination consists of a thesis of at least 10 pages on one of the topics covered
during the academy and a speech (simulation of a speech addressed to an audience), lasting
15-minute duration.
