GDPR and Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The Course aims to illustrate the fundamental concepts of the European Regulation 679/2016, present the data security management model, with the intention of providing participants with all the “tools” needed to be able to define and apply the procedures and controls necessary to be compliant.

Insights and application guidance for privacy risk management in businesses and workplaces. In particular, the subjects involved, the role and function of the new “Data Protection Officer,” the duties and responsibilities of business managers, and privacy risk management will be analyzed.
